Designer. Creator. Always evolving.
I'm a Digital and Graphic Designer based in Edmonton.
I’m an optimistic person who enjoys simple things. I like to create designs that make things feel clear and easy to understand. Most of my work has been in branding and visual design, so I’ve spent a lot of time working with layout, typography, and keeping things consistent.
Creativity has always been a big part of who I am. I’ve always loved drawing, painting, and performing arts, finding different ways to express ideas visually. I studied Fine Arts, major in Advertising, which helped me build a strong foundation in visual design. Over time, design became more than just something creative; it became a way for me to communicate ideas and connect with people.
I enjoy being around people and hearing their stories, but I also like having quiet time to think and reflect. Both of those help me understand people better, and I try to bring that into my work.
I also find a lot of inspiration in nature. Being outside and noticing simple moments often influence how I approach color, calmness, and simplicity in my work.
After working in graphic design for several years, I decided to go back to school. I’m currently studying Web Design and Development at NAIT, and that’s where I started getting interested in UI and UX. I’ve been learning how to think about design not just visually, but also how people use and experience it.
I enjoy creating, and I still get really excited when I see my work come to life. That feeling hasn’t changed. I really believe in doing something you enjoy.
“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” — Confucius
For me, design feels like that. It doesn’t always feel like work. It feels like something I genuinely enjoy and want to keep growing in.
I’m also a mom, and that’s a big part of what motivates me to keep learning and improving.
Right now, I’m focused on improving my skills in branding, visual design, and UI/UX as I continue growing as a designer.
If my work or story resonates with you, feel free to reach out. I’d love to connect.
